Dust in the Wind!

All we are is dust in the wind! This Ash Wednesday has us remembering that in the book of Joel 2:12-18, we must return to God with our entire heart by the use of fasting, weeping, and mourning. Be merciful O Lord, for we have sinned!

The world must reconcile itself to God's mercy. During this season of the absence of the Gloria, we remember that the bells will ring once more on Holy Thursday and again at the Easter Vigil.

What bell will we ring after this time of fasting and penance?

Will we become a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit?

Will we stop holding grudges or judging others so quickly?

How will you make this holy penitential season of Lent 2020 a season to make yourself more in union with the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary's Immaculate Heart?

We should be able these questions after Lent, and if you can't don't worry, pray and God will show you the way to his merciful love.

Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return.
