On this Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, we call to mind of the supreme trust that Mary had in her life towards God.
What do we do that leads us closer to God? What do we do that leads us further away from Him?
Who do we see in the mirror? Are we like God in our thoughts and actions? Do we comprehend who made us? Do we create moments that bring others to God?
Who would God want us to be in this new year? That is the strongest resolution to be made.
